A process for identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with harm to people and damage to property or the environment. We believe in the PROACTIVE Approach.

Wet Abrasive Blasting Produces Less Dust

When blasting, dust is produced by the shattering of the dry abrasive particle and the substrate (in the cases of friable surfaces like concrete) into small, airborne particles. When a wet particle shatters, the subsequent particle is enveloped in a water droplet. The additional mass wieghs down the particle, causing it to fall to the ground.

Wet Abrasive Blasting is Safer

By suppressing dust, wet abrasive blasting greatly reduces the danger of respiratory illness to operators and other workers in the area.

Wet Abrasive Blasting Cleans the Surface

Having a clean surface is essential for a good bond. Before dry blasting, surfaces must be cleaned according to standards. Otherwise, blasting will simply smear oil, grease and other contaminants around the surface, and surface salts that are not removed will cause coatings failure

Wet abrasive blasting prevents heat warping

When blasting thin metal surfaces, friction from dry blasting can heat up the metal, causing it to warp.

Wet abrasive blasting keeps surfaces cool, making it the ideal choice for auto restoration and antique metal restoration.

Our mobile sandblasting service can clean any surface from brick, stone to metal or concrete. Rust, paint, graffiti or other environmental damage can be easily cleaned with sandblasting.

Sandblasting Applications

Sandblasting is used to clean surfaces, remove rust, oxidation, or finishes and to prepare surfaces for new coating applications.

Sandblasting involves use of a specialized blasting machine propels abrasive media at high velocity via compressed air onto the surface to be cleaned. This process thoroughly removes the material without harming the substrate. We choose our blasting media to be purpose specific using different densities, abrasives, and sizes based on the required cleaning application.

We provide a variety of sandblasting techniques:

Glass Bead Blasting

We use glass beads manufactured from lead and silica–free glass. Glass bead blasting is best for polishing, finishing, and delicate cleaning of paint and rust. It produces a bright, clean, satin finish that looks great on its own or works as a base for a paint finish.

Aluminum Oxide Blasting

We use aluminum as an abrasive grain for more intensive sandblasting. Aluminum oxide can smooth and penetrate even the hardest sintered carbides. We use aluminum oxide blasting to reshape and reform heavily damaged metal pieces and prepare them for a final coating.
